Sampling systems for gases and liquids on the stand of NTA-Prom
NTA-Prom took part in the Khimia exhibition for the first time this year. The company has been a one-stop supplier of components for the automation of production processes since 2010.
Today, the company's product range includes gas and liquid sampling systems, which attracted special attention of the exhibition visitors, connecting and shut-off valves, impulse tubes, pipe supports, manometers and thermometers, flow meters, pressure regulators, PDUs, electric actuators, sampling cylinders, and installation tools.
NTA-Prom received a patent for a sampling system (SPO) in 2022. Currently, the company offers ready-made solutions of various complexity for indirect sampling of gaseous or liquid media (SPO sampling system), both standard and customised.
Advantages of NTA-Prom:
- Easy and simple to use: a POTOCASSIST operating mode indication, one-handed installation of the sample collection device, no additional fixation of the cylinder after installation in the STR
- No need for systematic checks as the design has high wear resistance due to the hoseless cylinder connection, unlike systems that use hoses in their design
- High pressure capability due to the use of stainless steel tubing in the system
- All shut-off and control valves are used with consideration of the characteristics and parameters of the media to be withdrawn
- Ease of installation, handling and on-site assembly: convenient design of the enclosure and frame due to the compact dimensions of the enclosure, clever design features for the use of different types of fixing and transportation
- Safety: in the event of an operator error when securing the quick couplings that connect the sampling device, the hoseless connection design will retain its geometric parameters and will not cause damage to the operator
- Cylinders of different volumes can be used thanks to the support guides
- The system allows the use of sampling cylinders with straight or angle taps, quick couplers, rupture discs and bypass lines (for purge systems)
