Macromer will present new polymer materials for oil and gas and construction industries at Khimia 2024
Macromer, Lebedev Scientific Manufacturing Company, is a regular exhibitor at the Khimia exhibition. This year, the company presents new products and top sellers for the paint and coating, oil and gas, construction and other industries.
The following products will be presented at the company's stand in Pavilion No. 2, Hall 3:
- raw materials for epoxy, polyurethane, STP and UV-cured materials,
- materials for production of paintwork materials,
- products for the oil and gas industry,
- polymer chemistry for construction and mechanical engineering,
- technological auxiliaries for sugar production and for the chemical industry,
- a range of defoamers and dispersants.
Construction chemistry professionals will be especially interested in sealants, in particular the latest system for glass gluing. In this area, Macromer offers contract manufacturing services and reproduction of imported analogues according to the customer's specifications.
For the line of oilfield chemistry, the company has developed new modifications of demulsifiers, corrosion inhibitors, including local corrosion inhibitors, ARPD inhibitors, and emulsifiers.
Other exhibited products and solutions will include new developments of PAGs for oils and coolants, PU binders for composites, and UV coatings (primary and secondary) for optical fibres.

Lebedev Macromer is a family-owned company and has a history of more than 30 years. The company was organised on the basis of the Oligomers Department at Research Institute of Synthetic Resins. The Russian industry of simple polyesters was created using the department's developments. Today, the company regularly carries out research in the field of development and production of polymer and technical chemistry and tests new methods of production of organic synthesis products.

Today, the design capacity of pilot production is 15 thousand tonnes per year. The company has seven production units including reactors with the capacity from 0.1 to 7 m3, which allows it to make products for different purposes for about 20 industries.
