A-VAGO carries out multi-stage synthesis of organic substances both according to methods provided by a customer and using our own developments, including original ones.

Process development and optimisation involves a full cycle of the following procedures:
- Conducting literature survey and patent search
- Setting up pilot research facilities for a specific chemical process
- Selecting concentrations of reactants, catalysts, etc.
- Determining and optimizing processes by thermal effects
- Establishing target and side reaction mechanisms by typical methods of physical organic chemistry (determination of activation parameters, kinetic methods of investigation, determination of acidity functions, isolation and structure determination of by-products, etc.)
- Identifying parameters influencing selectivity of organic reactions on the basis of the obtained results. Developing the processes using pilot plants
- Optimizing physicochemical methods of product separation
