Visitor registration to Khimia 2024 is now open
Photo: EXPOCENTRE AOThe visitor registration for the 27th edition of the International Exhibition for the Chemical Industry and Science – Khimia 2024 – is now open on the show’s official website. The event will take place at EXPOCENTRE Fairgrounds from 21 through 24 October 2024.
The most important Russian trade show and congress for the chemical industry will once again bring together leading companies, industry research centres and universities, innovative start-ups and small enterprises. They will demonstrate advanced technologies, new engineering solutions, raw materials and equipment.
This year's showcase will cover all areas of chemical production. The products sectors are dedicated to raw materials for the chemical, petrochemical, food, medical and construction industries, agrochemistry, oil and gas chemistry, specialty and green chemistry, analytical, laboratory, industrial pumping and compressor equipment, polymer materials, the latest technologies and research, and automation and digitalisation of production.
Chemical synthesis products, fuels, reagents, catalysts, chemical fibres, composite materials and glass plastics will be widely presented. Other important exhibits will be equipment for the transport of chemical and petrochemical products and solutions for improving the environmental safety of chemical production facilities.
As of today, more than 350 companies from different countries have confirmed their participation in the show. Foreign exhibitors will include companies from Belarus, China, India, Iran, and Uzbekistan. Khimia 2024 will also feature national pavilions of Belarus and India.
Russian exhibitors will include Alliance Energy, Bashkir Soda Company, VSMPO-Avisma, Gazprom Neft, Dipaul, UTS, State Research Institute of Organic Chemistry and Technology, Kazprom, Macromer, Megahimgroup, the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade, Polyplast Novomoskovsk, Pigment, Promcoat, Roshimreactive, Ruskhimset, Sintez OKA, Sintez-Oil-Trans, Tecsa, Totan Group, Tobol, PhosAgro, Himprom (Perm), Himprom (Novocheboksarsk), Ecroskhim, Eshelon, Union Chemical Solutions, and many others.
Russian regional group stands will be arranged by Kaluga, Leningrad, Nizhny Novgorod, Vladimir, and Volgograd oblasts.
Special attention is paid to the topic of innovations and high technologies. This year, the show will once again feature its regular Startup ChemZone. Its participants are industry startups and small enterprises. Every year, they get a unique opportunity to show their developments to a wide range of potential investors and major market players.
The central event of the Khimia 2024 conference programme will be the Moscow International Chemical Forum, organised by the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade with the participation of leading chemical companies, major industry associations and research centres.
